Londontransfers4U hereby set out terms and conditions and these shall apply between the Company and the client any provision of passengers transfer service provided by London Transfers 4 U
The charges payable by the Customer for all transport shall be applied to the agreed tariff between Londontransfers4U and the Client.
The Company reserves the right to alter or vary these terms and conditions giving suitable notice to the client in writing.
All payment for services must be made prior to travel, unless credit account facilities have been arranged with Londontransfers4U. Where the customer has a credit account in place with the company, full settlement of invoice must be made in full within 28 days
Any pre agreed credit limits must be adhered to and any variation to this agreement must be made in advance between Londontransfers4U and the client.
All passengers are fully comprehensively insured whilst travelling in a company vehicle - the extent of this cover does not relate to personal property, luggage or parcels.
Hazardous goods may not be carried.
Londontransfers4U reserves the right to refuse transport to any passenger whose conduct is impaired by alcohol or drugs. In the event of any damage to the vehicle, or necessity of excessive cleaning - these excess charges will be fully invoiced.
Any passenger being abusive to Londontransfers4U staff will be asked to leave the vehicle and proceedings may be preferred. In the event of any passenger being asked to leave a vehicle –Londontransfers4U will not be liable for the refund of any journey in this circumstance.
London Transfers 4 U shall not accept any liability for any loss arising directly or indirectly for breakdown, accident or adverse weather conditions , Industrial Actions, ‘Acts of God’ and Force Majeure beyond the control of Londontransfers4U
Where the client has failed to provide complete and correct information, Londontransfers4U shall have no liability in the operation of that service.
All services are undertaken that they are properly operated, given that prevailing traffic conditions at any time are relevant to the time taken for any journey. No absolute guarantee of arrival time at destination will be made.
In event of cancellation of the service by the customer we reserve the right to charge as follows:
Up to 48 Hours Notice: 50%
Less than 48 Hours Notice: 100%
No smoking is permitted at any time in any company vehicle, nor is the playing of any radio or recording device.
Londontransfers4U reserves the right to utilise a sub contracted operator for the provision of service to the standard operated by Londontransfers4U.
If you are unable to locate your driver for any reason, it is your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher for assistance, BEFORE making any alternative arrangements- Londontransfers4U cannot be held liable for third party services.
Please ensure that you are waiting in the main lobby of your accommodation at least 5 minutes prior to your confirmed pick up time.
IMPORTANT: If your pick up /drop off details change you must amend your booking immediately. If travelling with a infant / child a car seat is required, we can provided these at an additional cost, please see important information, you can provide your own car seat. If providing your own child seat you must fit this into the vehicle yourself.
Please note tips are not included, these are at your discretion and porterage is not included.

Any contractual agreement may be terminated by either party by one months notice in writing.

Central London to LHR allow 1.5 Hours
Central London to LGW/Stansted or Luton allow 2.5 Hours - North & South terminals
Central london to Station allow 45 mins.

Meeting points
LHR - Driver meeting point is at the information desk in arrival hall for T1,T3&T4. For T5 is by Costa Coffee
LGW - Driver meeting point is next to the information desk in the arrivals hall
STN - Driver meeting point is at the meeting point in the arrivals area
LTN - Driver meeting point is at the meeting point in the arrivals area
LCY - Driver meeting point is at the meeting point in the arrivals area
On pick up's at hotels please be in reception at least 5 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Waiting time
The driver will wait at the airport for 1.15 hours after the flight has landed, after this time driver will be released.
The driver will wait at the hotel for .30 minutes, after this time driver will be released.
